OTP 20.0.3 发布了，OTP (Open Telecom Platform) 是一个开源的 Erlang 分发和一个用 Erlang 编写的应用服务器。

修复更新：

• OTP-13011 asn1 Related Id(s): ERIERL-60 Default values now work in extension for PER, so if you give the atom asn1_DEFAULT instead of a value it will become the default value.

• Full runtime dependencies of asn1-5.0.2: erts-7.0, kernel-3.0, stdlib-2.0
