上周，法院再次下令要求两家公司剔除掉比较老的机型。据悉， 在苹果起草的诉讼文件中，将不能再出现Galaxy Player 4.0或5.0、Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus或8.9；而三星则需要移除掉对iPhone 3G、一代iPad、三代iPod、3代Apple TV的控告。
另外，苹果还在文 件中移除了两项专利。它们是使用历史列表的图形用户界面(Graphical user interface using historical lists with field classes)、在计算机系统中检索信息的通用接口(Universal interface for retrieval of information in a computer system)。三星则移除掉了使用远程控制器的音量控制按钮使得音频/视频视频具备音量控制功能作为外部音频生成单位(Audio/video device having a volume control function for an external audio reproduction unit by using volume control buttons of a remote controller)、音量控制方法(volume control method)和数据显示设备与方法(Data displaying apparauts and method)。
目前，两家还都需要移除掉至少一项的专利，这一命令最终执行的时间为明年的2月6日。
