BT客户端：Deluge 1.3.1 发布

Deluge 是一个通过 PyGTK 建立图形界面的 BitTorrent 客户端，后端使用 libtorrent。可以在 Linux，BSD，Mac OS 和其他类 UNIX 操作系统上运行。

Deluge 1.3.1 更新：

• 修正非ASCII配置文件夹在Windows中不能正常工作
• 修正不更新侧边栏show/hide trackers
• Fix hang on quit
• 修复了插件启用时产生的错误
• 修复启用web界面时cpu占用100%的问题
• Fix preferences not saving when the web ui plugin is enabled in classic mode
• Fix issues with preferences
