2010 Open Source Awards 评选规则：
- 各个分类中的项目必须为开源项目，只有被提名的才具有评选资格。
- 每人只有一个提名名额。
- 在各个分类中，除了Most Promising Open Source Project分类外，都将只在自己的分类中评选，Most Promising
Open Source Project是开放的，但仅限于全部CMS往年得奖者。
- 一个开源项目只能参加一个类别的评选。
- Previous winners of the Overall CMS Award are not eligible for the Open
Source CMS category in 2010. Previous winners compete amongst one another in the
separate Hall of Fame CMS category designed specifically for them.
- The Most Promising Open Source Project category is open for Open Source
projects that first release was under two years ago as of August 9, 2010,
available on an Open Source license. Projects that entered the 2009 Most
Promising CMS category, that are still eligible for the 2010 Most Promising Open
Source projects category are invited to enter.
- 在最后的投票阶段，每人只有一票投票权。
- 各个分类的前三名将接受评审团的评测。最后的投票结果将发布在PacktPub.com上。
- Category award winners will be decided on a points basis. The project that
the judges and public have voted as the number one will be awarded three points.
The second placed project will receive two points and the third placed project
will receive one point. The project with the highest number of points overall
will be declared the winner.
