| Caixa Mágica是一份葡萄牙人的Linux发行。 The first beta release of Linux Caixa Mágica 15, a Portuguese distribution based on Mandriva Linux, is ready for download and testing. The release is available either as installation DVDs or as installable live CDs with KDE or GNOME, all with a choice of processor architecture (i586 or x86_64). The purpose of this release is to collect suggestions and bug reports from beta testers; it is not recommended for deployment on critical systems. The principal new features and packages include: KDE 4.4 and GNOME 2.30; Linux kernel 2.6.33.3; a guest account; parental control features with support for control on application level; Firefox 3.6.3, OpenOffice.org 3.2, Chromium web browser and many other software packages.
