Famelix GNU/Linux is a Brazilian desktop distribution with a goal to clone the look and feel of Windows Vista. The first release candidate for version 2.1 was announced earlier today. What's new? Support for five languages - Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, German and English; auto-mounting of external storage media; automatic package updates from the new Famelix repository; based exclusively on Debian and built with the help of Debian Live scripts; support for various wireless network cards; support for 3D desktop effects on NVIDIA, ATI and Intel graphics cards; the latest Compiz Fusion with new functionality; new control panel and system installer....
