Steve Langasek has announced the availability of the release candidate for Ubuntu 7.10: "The Ubuntu team is proud to announce the Release Candidate for version 7.10 of Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Edubuntu, Gobuntu, and Xubuntu codenamed "Gutsy Gibbon".
