由国际Linux基金会与中国开源软件推进联盟 定于2008年2月19日-20日在北京丽亭华苑酒店举办《2008Linux开发者研讨会—中国》技术论坛。本次活动是由开放源代码高校推进联盟(LUPA)赞助的一次中国开源的盛会，它的举行将推动中国的开源事业更好、更快、更健康的发展！
据悉，本届技术论坛已邀请美欧顶尖的开发大师们（Linux内核开发的领军人物Andrew Morton也参加）与中方及我联盟成员中的Linux及开源软件的开发者、工程师以及政府官员进行对话、讲座、座谈并探讨合作。为此我们真挚地邀请热衷 于Linux广大爱好者，工程师参加本次大会。

The 2008 Linux Developer Symposium - China co-hosted by the Linux Foundation and China OSS Promtion Union will be open on Feb. 19th-20th, 2008 at Park Plaza Beijing Science Park.
This two-day event includes a summit on February 19th, followed by roundtable and BOF sessions on February 20th. Session topics will cover Linux server, desktop and mobile embedded technology. Confirmed speakers include: Andrew Morton of the Linux Foundation and Google, Jonathan Corbet of Linux Weekly News, Coly Li of SuSE Labs/Novell, Dave Neary of GNOME Foundation, Matt Mackall of Selenic Consulting, Glenn Seiler of Wind River and Jim Zemlin of our very own, Linux Foundation.
