汇集全球智慧之光,合力开发Linux操作系统

　　由国际Linux基金会与中国开源软件推进联盟共同主办的“2008Linux开发者研讨会-中国”(2008 Linux Developer Symposium - China)将于2008年2月19日-20日在北京举行，研讨会内容包括研讨、交流Linux在服务器、桌面、移动嵌入式领域的开发技术和经验并探索合作途径，会议形势包括峰会（Summit，300人左右）、圆桌会议（Roundtable，60人左右）和散客自由交谈（BOF，Birds of a Feather，自由结合）。

　　届时，将邀请全球十几位Linux开发大师参加。国内Linux开发者与爱好者，作为中国开源软件推进联盟成员的各跨国公司的Linux开发者，可报名参加。

The Linux Developer Symposium in Beijing will group leading kernel developers with Chinese engineers from the corporate, academic and government sectors for the purpose of technical collaboration and exchange. The goals of this union are to increase Chinese developer participation in Linux and educate kernel developers of Chinese open source projects and resources.
