Bluewhite64 Linux是Slackware Linux到x86_64处理器架构上的非正式移植。
The first test release of Bluewhite64 Linux 11.1, a 64-bit variant of Slackware Linux built from Slackware's "current" tree, has been released: "I have the joy of presenting Bluewhite64 11.1-test1, code name 'One Year Of Bluewhite64'. This release is a development release and a preview for the upcoming stable version. Bluewhite64 11.1-test1 includes the latest stable kernel 2.6.21.3 (IA-32 emulation enabled) with all major file systems and IDE, SCSI and SATA controllers built in. Also, you will find GCC 4.1.2, glibc 2.5, a modularized X.Org server version 1.3, window managers - the latest KDE 3.5.7 (including Amarok 1.4.5 audio player and K3B 1.0.1 CD/DVD burner) and XFce 4.4.1, updated development tools, the Subversion version control system, the Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.3 browser...."
