openSUSE 11.1 beta 2 发布

不久前，opneSUSE开发团队发布了openSUSE 11.1 的第二个Beta版，Christoph Thiel在官方的发布声明中 写到：”The first beta release for 11.1 was so popular, we’ve decided to do it again! The openSUSE Project is happy to announce the release of openSUSE 11.1 beta 2, available for immediate download and testing.”。在这个开发版中，它给我们带来了GNOME 2.24, KDE 4.1.2, VirtualBox 2.0.2和一些相对beta 1所做的改进。和以往一样，现在还没有Live CD下载，预计Livd CD会在10月6日发布。

openSUSE 11.1 beta 2与beta 1相比，主要有以下变改：

• GNOME 2.24.0
• KDE 4.1.2
• VirtualBox 2.0.2
• OpenOffice.org 3.0 RC2
• Mono 2.0 RC3
• Compiz 0.7.8

在12月发布的openSUSE 11.1正式版中，将会包含不少新的技术和软件，其中包括：

• Linux kernel 2.6.27
• KDE 4.1
• KDE 3.5.10 (可选)
• GNOME 2.24
• OpenOffice.org 3.0
• 软件的升级，和……
