I am Jeremiah Cheatham the developer of Myah OS. The article posted above is not correct. Myah OS 3.0 is NOT based on or related to slackware at all. The whole system has been created by myself. I see that you have posted part of my release announcement above but then added in the slackware part. Please note that that is wrong.
