Senior Software Engineer

Responsibility:

• Analyze, design, develop and maintain Aprimo Relationship Manager (ARM) application including coding, testing, debugging and documenting programs in support of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Communicate the impact of problems/solutions to his/her manager, design/implement solutions, write test cases, run unit tests, and perform general System Integration testing
• Participate in application quality and performance assurance process
• Write technical documents that accurately describe feature/designs

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in computer science or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in software development
• Must be proficient in SQL and possess expertise in writing complex sql statements and tuning existing sql statements for performance, scalability and data structures
• Solid database experience in Oracle or SQL Server
• Experience in Teradata or DB2/UDB is a plus
• Strong work experience in JavaEE and web application development
• Experience with spring, hibernate and struts frameworks
• Experience with Javascript development, familiar with Javascript frameworks such as EXTJs or GXT
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus
• Ability to grasp new technologies quickly, strong sense of ownership, initiative, dependability and good teamwork
• Good written and oral communication in English and cross-group collaboration skills in English
