Strange to speak in english

It's been a long time not speaking in english,so when i opened my mouth again,the feeling was a little strange,especially after two hours talking and talking,the throat felt so uncomfortable.Yeah,maybe for a long time i have not been talking with others for two hours,even in Chinese. People need communications,and if we do not use these capabilities for a long time,maybe someday we will find we have lost them and till then maybe u'll realize how terrible it is. So do not forget to communicate,no matter how busy u r,try to speak more and learn more skills.We can't lead a happy life without communication.Without communication,one can darely have freinds,without freinds,u 'll only have a lonely heart,that's reeeealy terrible,right?
